I curated and organised THE CADORE STORY, a collection of photographs by Stephanie Rushton. The exhibition celebrated CUTLER AND GROSS's 40 years of handcrafted production in their family-run factory in the Cadore region of Northern Italy, and unveiled the passion of the factory’s workers, revealing their personal narratives and unseen faces.
The initiative was designed to communicate and reinforce the provenance of the Cutler and Gross frame, which takes four weeks to handcraft and goes through 37 rigorous processes.
The expert artisanal craftsmanship and time-consuming attention to detail that goes into a Cutler and Gross “Handmade by C&G Italy” frame was on display in the Cutler and Gross Museum on the top floor of the flagship store, beginning with a launch party attended by key press and influencers. The exhibition garnered press in key outlets including the Business of Fashion.
